Shderot Yitzhak Rabin
Shderot Yitzhak Rabin is a Modiin Avenue that runs along two neighborhoods. Hashvatim, (North Buchman) on the South Side and Mesua, (Givat C) on the north side. The avenue begins at Levi Street and Nahal Tsalmon in the east and connects with the 431 road at the Rabin – Hahashmonaim junction. The properties in Shderot Yitzhak Rabin are all apartments but many have large gardens.
The builders on the Mesua side are Mishav, Peber Brothers, Plasim and Pougach. On the Hashvatim, North Buchman side, the builders are Muler Brothers, Zilbermintz, Remet and then another Zilbermintz project. In the middle of the avenue are two green parks, Supertov supermarket, a sports center and educational facilities. At the East end there is the Pisga Center for teacher training courses. Further down where Yitzhak Rabin Avenue meets Yehuda Street there is on the Hashvatim side a sport center and on the Mesua side a Youth Empowerment Center.
There is a large park called Nitzanim Park which has a large grass area and a large children’s play area. This park is busy with dog owners meeting in the evenings. After the park is the Nitzanim elementary school and opposite Nitzanim school is Supertov. This is a very popular supermarket for the local residents. Between Supertov and Hahashmonaim Street is Green Park. This park has a large green area, and many playgrounds for children including a ninja play area. Shderot Yitzhak Rabin is the gateway from the 431 into the Mesua and Buchman neighborhoods.
Yitzhak Rabin Boulevard is special for its closeness to an exercise area and dog park at the junction of the 431 road, and it is in a short walking distance from the beautiful Anabe park and the town center. There are many bus stops along the Rabin Boulevard and it is easy to drive out of town with quick access to the 431 road and the road to Latrun. There are Shuls close by and there is a Friday night minyan in one of the car parks in the Zillbermintz project.
Real estate properties in Shderot Yitzhak Rabin are very popular because they are less expensive because the Avenue is considered to be a main road. Nevertheless, the apartments are delightful Modiin properties and Shderot Yitzhak Rabin is a fantastic Modiin street to live in.
