Sergeant First Class Ori Yaish 27 years old from Modiin was one of victims murdered in the terrorist attack on Friday 16th February at Re’em Junction near Gedera. Ori Yaish was a cousin to Noa Kirel, the Israeli popstar who represented Israel in the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest. The 2nd victim who was murdered was 23 years old Yishay Gertner from Modiin Illit.
